Trevor B. Garrison
Attorney Garrison graduated from the University of Detroit-Mercy School
of Law in 2005 and while in law school he had the opportunity to try over
50 cases while working under the supervision of a licensed attorney. He
now maintains a practice devoted almost exclusively to white collar criminal
defense, catastrophic personal injury litigation, and appeals. Garrison
has argued in the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court,
and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
He has handled cases throughout the entire state of Michigan, and various
other locations across the country.
Garrison was selected for inclusion in
Michigan Super Lawyer's Magazine for the years 2010, 2011, and 2012 as a "Rising Star."
No more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the state are named to the
Super Lawyer's "Rising Star" list. He was featured in
DBusiness Magazine's list of Top Lawyers, and was selected into the
National Trial Lawyers Association: Top 40 under 40, which is a professional organization, by invitation only, comprised of
America's top young trial attorneys. Earlier this year, Garrison was
selected into the
National Trial Lawyers Association: Top 100 trial lawyers.
Garrison has won numerous exonerations for the wrongfully convicted; obtained
hundreds of thousands of dollars in settlements on behalf of injured victims;
and obtained countless dismissals for both adults and juveniles who have
been wrongfully charged and prosecuted.
